Atlas is fully integrated with Countersoft's award winning Gemini issue tracker and project platform. To integrate Atlas with Gemini administrators need to navigate to Site Administration and click on the "Gemini" link.
Integration with Gemini can easily be switched on or off using the "Enable Gemini Integration" checkbox.
Gemini integration requires the following information:
The URL to the Gemini instance
The Username of a valid user in Gemini that represents Atlas
The API key associated with the user in Gemini
The URL of a proxy server if one is needed to access the Gemini instance
Finally, if the links to Gemini are set to be "Clickable" then users can move between the two applications, otherwise the ticket associated with the question/response will just be shown.
