Featured Content

To draw the attention of the users of the system to a specific piece of content, whether it is a Question, FAQ, Doc or Video, administrators of the system need only hover over the edit icon {small image of the edit icon} and select “Featured” from the drop-down list.

Featured content always appears just below the tags on the content pages, in a section marked “FEATURED”. The featured section is unique for each content type, so featured questions appear on the Questions tab, featured FAQs on the FAQ tab etc.

To remove an item from the Featured section, click on it to select it, hover over the edit icon and select “Not Featured” from the drop-down list.
