Installation Within DotNetNuke Instance

I have a multi-site portal running on DotNetNuke. Can I install Atlas within my DotNetNuke instance utilizing the same database, or does it need to be installed on a different server?

Yes, you can use the same database for Atlas and DNN. The atlas website needs to run under asp.net 4.0.

So DNN has its own web.config file and as I understand it so does Atlas. Do you have instructions of how to install/setup within a DNN installation as one of the child portals?

Not sure this is possible.

I am not close to DNN workings but my understanding is that you would need Atlas defined in some sort of DNN Portal Template. Then you could create a child portal of type "Atlas".

Is this how you see it as well?
