Ran the update 1.3 script, deleted entire web directory and copied new files over.

It may be related to being at my 5 faq limit. After the "Oops" error message and I go back, a popup message at the top margin comes down and says "Sorry no more items allowed on your current license". I'm not added a new item, just trying to edit an existing one.
