Hello,

we installed version 1.3 of Atlas. See http://support.futurama.eu/docs for the content . Selecting PDF to create an PDF gives an error. See attached for the error file.

Feel free to make an account if you want to reproduce this issue.

Can you open a browser on the web server and try and navigate to your Atlas site? Does it work with no popups?

Hi Saar,

You were right, the webserver was unable to resolve that address. I solved it by editing the hosts file, because the IP address point to a proxy server which is unracheable from the webserver itself. Maybe you could add this check to the installation manual.

The website does create a PDF file now, but in the PDF file it says: öops, something went wrong.

The error is System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary. at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary2.get_Item(TKey key) at CounterSoft.Atlas.Business.Pages.ApplySectionNumbers(List1 pages, Boolean excludeUnpublished) at CounterSoft.Atlas.Controllers.PagesController.Print() at lambdamethod(Closure , ControllerBase , Object[] ) at System.Web.Mvc.ReflectedActionDescriptor.Execute(ControllerContext controllerContext, IDictionary2 parameters) at System.Web.Mvc.ControllerActionInvoker.InvokeActionMethod(ControllerContext controllerContext, ActionDescriptor actionDescriptor, IDictionary2 parameters) at System.Web.Mvc.ControllerActionInvoker.<>cDisplayClass15.b12() at System.Web.Mvc.ControllerActionInvoker.InvokeActionMethodFilter(IActionFilter filter, ActionExecutingContext preContext, Func1 continuation) at System.Web.Mvc.ControllerActionInvoker.InvokeActionMethodFilter(IActionFilter filter, ActionExecutingContext preContext, Func1 continuation) at System.Web.Mvc.ControllerActionInvoker.InvokeActionMethodWithFilters(ControllerContext controllerContext, IList1 filters, ActionDescriptor actionDescriptor, IDictionary2 parameters) at System.Web.Mvc.ControllerActionInvoker.InvokeAction(ControllerContext controllerContext, String actionName) at System.Web.Mvc.Controller.ExecuteCore() at System.Web.Mvc.ControllerBase.Execute(RequestContext requestContext) at System.Web.Mvc.MvcHandler.<>cDisplayClass6.<>cDisplayClassb.b5() at System.Web.Mvc.Async.AsyncResultWrapper.<>cDisplayClass1.b_0() at System.Web.HttpApplication.CallHandlerExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute() at System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously)

Do you know what else could be going in? We do have pages with broken links and images but that should prevent the PDF file from being created.

best regards, Chris Vrolijk
