Can't upload any images in editor

When adding or editing a page in Atlas, at the bottom of the page (below 'Save' and 'Save and continue') is the Upload Image option. This option doesn't work for me. I get the result below, all the time, for every image(type):

symbolsd.png 0.3kB Failed

undefined [X]

It must have something to do with my configuration, as there's no problem when colleagues of mine upload the same image in the same way. However, I haven't got a clue where I should look for.

Can you please help me, where to look to solve this problem? Or if not, maybe there are workarounds possible?

Yes.

I have the same problem in IE, Firefox and Chrome.

and both of you use the same Atlas instance? Are there any errors in the system log?
