Viewing system log files

Atlas has automated exception handling and any errors that are captured are logged. To view the system log administrators need to navigate to the Site Administration section and click on the "Log" link.

The information contained in the system log files is often required when investigating technical issues. The log can be downloaded to be passed on to a technical support team by clicking on the "Download Log" link and saving the resulting file as a CSV.
