Kind of. We are currently working on the Metablog API for Atlas so you could use Word 2010 or Windows Live Writer to push rich content documents right into Atlas from your desktop.

Thoughts welcome.

Good answer, but I express myself badly. I meant to upload a document (such as Google docs) and not to import, but great about the API.
